Collected form data is not made public. Form data is protected and accessed by Zelexa Therapy LLC., employees.

We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our website (“Service Providers”), to perform web-related services or to assist us in analyzing how our website is used.
These third parties have access to information only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

- KarmaJack: are the folks that help us manage and maintain this website. They have access to our Google Analytics and Google Adwords data. They do not have access to any personally identifiable information, such the information submitted to us using any to the contact forms available on the contact page of our website, and/or any data that can be used to contact or identify you (“Personal Data”). How Long We Keep Information
