ABA Behavior Technician (Entry Level to Experienced)
New to ABA? No problem! We welcome both new and experienced technicians who have a passion for working one-on-one with children and making a meaningful difference in their development.
The Behavior Technician will provide clinical skills instruction and behavior reduction protocols based upon the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis to children with Autism and related developmental disabilities. Services are provided in a fully center-based environment, allowing you to work alongside a collaborative clinical team while supporting each child’s individual goals. The Behavior Technician will collect data on programs, provide support with parent training, and assist the Behavior Analyst in the behavioral assessments.
What to Expect:
- Fully center-based ABA services in Livonia, MI
- Consistent Monday–Friday schedule
- Work with children approximately 18 months through 8 years old
- Structured block scheduling designed to pair children appropriately based on factors such as age, developmental or functioning level, and clinical needs
- Ongoing training, clinical support, and opportunities to develop your ABA skills
- Collaboration with experienced Behavior Analysts and other members of the clinical team
Registered Behavior Technician
We are looking for a Certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) who is passionate about working with children and building a career in Applied Behavior Analysis. Both experienced professionals and individuals interested in growing within the ABA field are encouraged to explore opportunities with Zelexa.
The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) will provide clinical skills instruction and implement behavior-reduction protocols based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis for children with autism and related developmental disabilities. The RBT will work in a fully center-based setting, collect data on treatment programs, support parent training, and assist the Behavior Analyst with behavioral assessments and treatment implementation.
